David Rober Devine, Jr., 36, of Sarasota, Florida, passed away February 7, 2007. David was born April 30, 1970 in Harvey, Illinois. He was an Army Veteran, serviced during Operation Desert Storm. He was preceded in death by his mother, Priscilla Kroll. David is survived by his daughter, Heather Devine; 5-brothers, Colin, Chris, Kenny Devine, Jason & Michael Hicks; 1-sister, Carrie Devine; Father, David Robert Devine, Sr., & his step-father, John Kroll.
