LOPEZ CRUZ, Israel, 63, of Tampa, passed away January 19, 2007. Israel was born July 19, 1943 in Puerto Rico. He is survived by his daughter, Quenco Raquel Lopez; 1 sister, Isabel Ruiz and many nieces and nephews.
