Obituary of Israel Cortes Feliciano

Cortes Feliciano, Israel “Richard” passed away July 17, 2020. He moved to Tampa from Puerto Rico 13 years ago and was a faithful parishioner of Incarnation Catholic Church. Richard was a retired Commercial Truck Driver who was married to Luisa Valle Rosado for 64 years, she passed away on June 17, 2017. He enjoyed listening to music and watching TV. He also loved to help his friends and family. Richard is survived by sons Richard Cortez (Mary) and Israel Cortes (Magaly), 8 grandchildren: Richard (Faith), Damian (Jeanette), Randy (Kelly), Zuny (Pito), Alex (Kelly), Noel (Sylvia), Istzaida (Henry), Isjan, 25 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren, brother Manuel (Blanca), brother in law Hector Valle (Cecilia), sister in law Edna Valle (Arcadio), and a large extended family.
