Maggie L. Robinson

 

Maggie was born to George & Ida Robinson on December 10, 1939. She lived and was educated in Tampa in time she met and married Fred L Atterberry Sr. and together they had three beloved children Daphne Fred & Eric. She lived & worked in Tampa and was know for her outstanding community services and was recognized for her assistant to & honorable work In behalf of the late renowned Dr. Gladys S Kashdin.

 

Maggie L Robinson was known for her inner strength which especially became apparent when she successfully won her 5yr battle with cancer and remained cancer free thereafter. Unfortunately in time she became a victim to heart failure (CHF) which ultimately led to her demise. In the early afternoon of July 9, 2020 Maggie Robinson passed away at the age of 80

 

Maggie is proceeded in death by her parents George & Ida Robinson, her bother  George & Alzater Robinson, Sisters Retha Taylor and daughter Lana, Estella Johnson and her husband Willie, Gertrude Haughbrook and Ida.

 

Maggie is Survive by her Sons Fred and Eric Atterberry Daughter Daphene Berry, grandson Thomas Carter grand daughter Ciara Berry great grand daughter Alyssa Carter and Destiny Carter Sisters Mary Robinson & son Marvin, Minnie Williamson and son Keith and Daughters Linda and Kim and several, nieces, nephews and cousins.

 

We ( Eric, Fred &  Daphene ) are very grateful for everything our mother did in our behalf. She brought us on this earth, raised us and did everything for us with the help of our gracious & great God Jehovah and we love her ever so much, we are thankful that mom taught us  positive things, good manners and more importantly the truth of God's word.

 

We are thankful for her words of wisdom, positive examples and for being the best doctor, best teacher, best designer and the best cook in this world. We know saying thank you isn’t enough at all because she did so many things which unfortunately are not payable, but we will say one thing.....We are ever so thankful for having the most beautiful caring and loving mother that we can proudly behold. We are truly grateful and her precious memories will live in us for ever more.

 

A memorial service for Maggie Robinson Will be held on Saturday Aug. 22 at 2 P.M
